Do not. Again… do not buy from them. They Don’t take care of the warranty at all. All those 5 stars are just fake. Lots of people are selling after buying for a reason. Me and my neighbors are trying to get care of the warranty but they stopped communications. I bought two houses from DR horton. And that was a BIG mistake.
Rashard was Phenomenal. Walked in with my client left the community proud owners of the model home with all the bells and whistles. Will definitely refer my clients to Rashard for a quick and seamless transaction. 5 STARSSSSS
If you like your money worth. Please do not buy this cheap crab!!!. They will tell you they give best interest rate, closing credit, amenities, come with appliances. All the BS to get you in. Reality is cheap material, poor quality, headaches after headaches in barely after an year. All of the appliances will be having problems. You can see yard issues, house settling, appliances not working, You name it. All they care is buy land cheap, build houses cheap like match boxes and make profit ..then good bye.
