Let the public use the restroom!!! I was there to buy, had to use the bathroom, asked if I could. Was told to go to a business next door, so I did, and then just went to my car and left!!! Didn't buy after that!!
There staff is so sweet! Go check out their beautiful fish, huge parrot 🦜, and the turtles and snakes. Cool little place with a hometown feel.
I was so impressed by the good, old fashioned customer service I received. She helped me locate the brand I went in looking for. My 44 pound bag of dog food was loaded right into my truck.
We come to use the self-serve dog baths/sinks. They’re raised (so no bending over), and they’re always clean with warm water and shampoo provided. Blowers are provided too, all for a very fair price. Mowgli loves the people who work there as much as they love him.
Great staff with extensive knowledge
So my Dog developed a rash... we assumed it was flea related but nothing we did helped... I called Pet's Choice, they asked a few questions and right away pin pointed the issue to be food related... I went down to their Business and spoke to Ellen.. she took the time to set me up with supplements and the right food... just as stated with in a few days my dogs situation improved.. we are very grateful, and it's nice to see a Business that's effective and knowledgeable
