I had a ultrasound scan appointment with full bladder today. I arrived a bit late to my appointment due to unexpectedly heavy traffic. I tried to explain the situation, but unfortunately, the assistant didn’t seem willing to listen or acknowledge what I was saying. They didn’t appear to be busy at the time, I have also noticed and heard the conversation that the receptionist arrived late because of the same traffic conditions. I had an appointment for an ultrasound here last week. The staff were rushing me throughout my appointment. No privacy was provided when I was asked to undress even though there was a room divider there. The sonographer herself was ok but her assistant was rude and unprofessional telling me to hurry up. I suggest you do not make appointments for 5pm if you want to rush home. This is not a place I would recommend for a scan. Avoid at all costs.
Very nice environment and place
Very disappointing experience today thanks to the negligence of the receptionist. The appointment was for 4 pm, but called us to come earlier any time. We arrived at 12 pm but dozens of patients came and went and no one saw us even after one hour later. When we tried to complain, the receptionist tried to put the whole blame on the coloured technician. I can't praise or thank Hassan enough for how kind he was when treating my ears, After feeling isolated for a few days due to my blocked ears I was so happy when I could ear clearly again. I would recommend Hassan to anyone who needs help. 5 star rating from me
