The most friendly and helpful staff I've ever encountered. They always have an ear for concerns and worries. Something broke or isn't working right? It will get taken care of within days, if not hours. Totally unlike other places where work orders will just sit for weeks. High Str can be a bit loud in the evenings when the local wannabe racers come out to test their engines but that's about the only noise worth complaining. I currently live at Caldera House, and my experience here has been excellent. The building is always clean, safe, and well-maintained. Both the management and maintenance teams are friendly, responsive, and communicate very well. It's also a very pet-friendly community, with ample grassy areas and convenient pet waste stations throughout the property. If you're looking for a modern, safe, and clean apartment in the area, I highly recommend Caldera House.
I’ve lived here for almost a month now and this was by far the best decision! I was shocked by how clean my apartment was when I first moved in. The office staff and tenants are friendly and respectful. Sometimes the pool can get a little loud, but I haven’t had a problem with people staying out there past quiet hours. If you’re trying to find an apartment with respectful people, clean environment, and worth the price, move to caldera!
The perfect first apartment anyone can ask for. After looking for so many places the champion team and Aria made the process extremely easy. They understand that life gets in the way and are ready to help and answer any questions to accommodate for you to feel and be safe in your home. I truly got lucky. Great complex, helpful staff, safe area. Location is great overall, with most regions of Columbus being a short drive away. Local area provides plenty of options for groceries, food, etc. The apartments them self are very up to date and well kept.
