We literally just got new management today asset living from champion. Hopefully they are as good to us as the champion ladies were. Their company reviews are not very great but we will see.
Editing my review, I lived here for over two years. I paid more than 2 grand a month including pet rent. Not to mention we had to move units because the ceiling wasn’t built right and even after moving our new unit roof started leaking and they had to repair and paint all while I had a new baby home. They charged me over 1 grand after moving out because of the carpet having one spot from our cat. Easily taken up by professionals and not worth $1,500. Truly my worst living experience in Columbus. When I moved in there were signs everywhere advertising the heated resort style pool open year round. During the course of me lease and without any explanation from Champion property management, this changed to not only the pool being closed every year in September but all of the outside space, grills, etc being locked off. I moved into Caldera house in July. Moving process was great. Girls from the office were really helpful and friendly, especially Aria and Kaylynn. First thing catches your eye is good maintenance and how clean the place is. Few things that I brought up in last few months were addressed and fixed. Pool, grill, outdoors fireplace, gym are great amenities I enjoyed. Main thing impressed me the most is there are no AC units placed on ground level and no noise at all during hot summer days. I lived at Caldera House for just under a year, and my experience here was beyond amazing. I have two kittens & the management and maintenance teams have always treated them with love and respect -definitely a pet friendly community. Kaylynn & Aria are incredibly friendly, funny, responsive, and communicate very well; they made my transition in and out of the flat so smooth!!
