I had a very disappointing experience with the safety and management of this accommodation. 1. Tenants are not allowed to access the office to check or collect their own mail, which is highly inconvenient. 2. After I was assaulted by a housemate, no meaningful support or safety measures were provided. Instead, I was not allowed to continue my stay, which resulted in me having to leave and losing work opportunities. 3. It’s good to stay overnight! Easy to find and good location. I’ve stayed one night, just bit noisy as there is an avenue in front of the hotel and there are trucks passing by. Room was clean and comfortable.
Staff were very helpful. Went out of her way to make sure we had safe parking with our car trailer. Room was spacious and clean. Home away from home "thankyou "
