We moved in 2 months ago and our experience has been great so far. Mr. TINO the maintanance guy is the best. He takes care of any issues right away. He is skilled, works very hard and also very sweet and kind. Thanks Tino!! Highly recommend
I usually don’t leave reviews, but I have to say that, as my first apartment complex rental, this place has not disappointed. Tino is always quick to take care of anything that needs attention, and he does so in a timely manner. Tino is always around the property fixing whatever needs to be fixed and keeping the complex clean and well-maintained.
Just moved into Calder Square Apartments. We love this place! The facilities are well kept and clean. If you need a repair or anything of that nature, they’re on it. Tino is the Jack of All Trades. I highly recommend Calder Square Apartments
Been here for a couple years now and can say this is probably the safest apartment complex I’ve lived at, my things get fixed quickly, maintenance man tino is always working hard on the property every time I see him
