Tino is fantastic! He always goes above and beyond when handling maintenance requests and repairs.
If you're moving from out of town, don't bother with applying here. You will have to reach out to them first just for them to ask questions that should've been asked to you first to speed the approval process. Unresponsive and un attentive.
I do not recommend moving to these apartments they are super money hungry and will do anything that they can do to have you pay extra especially when you move out reporting it to the collection agency and it’s only been a few days by law they have to legally give you 30 days to pay it on any charges we never received the reconciliation letter in the mail that they claimed they sent to us mind you they are charging us for things that are considered normal wear and tear in a unit if you don’t want to be screwed over I would st... read more
