Excellent workers in the office and very good service, and from management.I grade everyone at the front office a 10.
i just moved in on July 7th and the office staff is amazing and very helpful. The apartment complex is very quite and well kept supporting a safe and calm environment
Teamwork is key to a good property and Calder has a very good team!! They take care of problems in a timely manner, solve issues quickly and always have a positive attitude! I love coming to Calder!!!
My stay at Calder Square was amazing overall!! If I didn’t have to relocate, I’d definitely still be there. They do their best to handle any issues, and the maintenance team is TOP TIER! If I move back to Texas, I’ll definitely be moving back to Calder Square as they took very good care of me, even when I was hard to deal with around certain issues!! I wish you guys all the best!
Vanessa was the one who helped us get our apartment, and she has been incredibly kind and helpful with any issues we've had. In fact, both she and Sylvia have been great! I'd also like to add that our maintenance experience has been quick, efficient, and friendly! Overall, I would highly recommend this place!!
