Was very rude and abrupt to a client providing continuous service. Not sure if Vanessa was having a bad day, however she was unwilling to provide a level of customer service where she seemed agitated and frustrated. Will never use this company again. Very disappointed. In a few years all these companies will receive a hard reality check when they are replaced with AI, at least there will be consistency in service.
