They are always late or never show up, not just once but multiple occasions. Dispatch are always quick to get you off the phone of respond in a non-professional manor.

I have always used Calder City Taxi. I was told if it was a ride to or from work, you could call early, tell them the time needed and they would have a cab there. The last 2 times I did this, I had to call them again. My MAIN REASON for this review is to ask Calder City taxi if on this past Wednesday 1/ 10/ 18, I was in a cab going from Menards to home and I was writing to see if the man who drove me home found a Menards name tag in his cab, when it was cleaned, as I have not had it since then. Lost my wallet over the weekend and couldn't find it. Remember I left if in the taxi and got the number to call the company. The gentleman who answered was very friendly and concerned. He told me the driver returned it last night and will be in the safe to pick up the following day. Had trouble finding their location but they were very helpful and patient in directing me. Picked up my wallet with everything still inside! This is a honest and hard working company, deffientely grateful for their services.

I have used this company for the last 6 months on a weekly basis to get to work on Sunday night. They are routinely 15-20 minutes late. I often have to give the drivers directions on how to get to our destination. And calling to schedule your pickup at 8:30 to be picked up at10:30 does no good. You will be waiting at 1030 as requested and calling them at 10:38 and 10:48. At 10:58 you are now calling your boss to apologize for being late to work. It was a good experience. Ride was okay, everything was clean. The drivers are also good people they respect you.

Called for cab today , was off I196 near exit 69 going north broke down . Called to cancel due to unfriendly people. Yellow cab picked us up with great service and took us to parts store. We got back to find my passenger front tire slashed. We were sitting there for over 2 hours in 15 degree temperatures changing the tire Around. Horrible people

Called the night before, 20 minutes before requested time...no show in the end. Unreliable. Would not use them again.
