I'm a future customer. Absolutely. I did a very dumb thing this morning and so cold called them for help. Graham said he'd look and advise. Drove with a bunjee holding the back door shut. Graham was very kind, did some magic and waved me off 5 mins later. That, right there, is thoughtful professional service.
Great team, awesome service, makes me feel safer after having work done by this team.
Graham was outstanding today. We had an issue with our car that was immediately looked at for us. This was between the Christmas and New Year period when he was already busy with other customers but managed to make time for us, explain what was wrong and the process to fix it, all within the hour for a very reasonable price.
