As somenone else mentioned, "Best Customer Service Ever". I lost my phone and upon re-installing my apps confronted the issue with the Real Estate calculator, (From Calculated Industries), I paid for 10 Yrs (Yes 10) ago. The issue was that the receipt #, or the zip code was required and I thought I had a correct one. Contacted Tech Support, and in a day, Michele provided the information from their records to re-stablish my app., whic by the way is excellent for my Mortgage Business. Incredible Customer Support
