Too hard to make an appointment or contact the surgery with very limited hours to make contact. Not possible to leave a message in any form and too long to wait to make an appointment. My doctor is good but the practice organisation is antiquated and needs to review what it is like to be a patient trying to make contact.
Every doctor and nurse I’ve seen at the Allan Practice are great. I never have issues with getting through to them on the phone, they pick up quickly and give appointments in good time.
