Everyone at CALCOMS was helpful, courteous, and professional from start to finish. Owner Mike was able to come out same-day to quote repair for a nearly 40-year-old Trane Executive A/C. He was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable, and he was able to answer all of our (many) questions. The repair quote was reasonable, but newer units are so much more efficient that we also asked for replacement quotes. We decided on a new system which was installed in less than a week! Had an issue with our AC unit and so glad we called Calcoms! Mike was very nice and knowledgeable. Even rarer to find in this industry, he was very trustworthy and a straight shooter. So thankful he was able to help us out under short notice and give us an extremely reasonable price. Thank you Mike!
Michael is so helpful and patient! He serviced our (very) old AC unit that was on its last legs (30+ years old) several years ago, and when the electronics panel finally died helped us get a new unit at an excellent price. He taught my adult son and me so much about A/C units... it was like having an instructor who made house calls! CALCOMS will get all my A/C and heating business and I highly recommend them!
