I absolutely love my CalAtlantic home, except for when it rains. I've contacted their customer support in my area, but they said "everything looks fine". You can tell by the pictures it's not. Every time it rains I get runoff from each of my neighbors, creating standing water in my back yard. I even ran to Home Depot in the middle of one of these storms to purchase sandbags to keep the water from flooding into my house. This is a beautiful new development. The homes are equipped with many new amenities. This is not a cookie cutter development. The homes here are gorgeous!
