We bought a new home from Standard Pacific (now CalAtlanic Homes) in 2014. We have had problems from the start. They used cheap materials and the quality of work is horrible. I have a 5 year old house with siding breaking off! Other things that have broken briefly. Toilets, very cheap wood floors, patio door glass is loose, leaking plumbing, poor lay out of light switches, horrible installation of 3 of our windows, baseboards chip if u accidentally bump them with a vacuum, smoke alarms are wired together but go off often for... read more
