We bought a home built by standard pacific. Shoddy quality on everything. Poor design, took short cuts where ever possible.

The truth is i live here and its the worst neighborhood and paper home i bought. Everything breaks and they dont use professionals. Save your troubles because they make you pay for HOA and its not controlled!. Its very trashy! Save your money! Not worth it!
