I visited The Villas in Nocatee on January 25th and made an offer on a home. I looked over the contract and was immediately concerned over the "Optional Items" section of the contract with a cost of $67,190.00.This is a large amount of money without a clear explanation. Sales Counselor for the builder never offered an explanation for the $67,190.00.
