Beware of Lennar, warranty means nothing to them. I purchased May 2023. I notified warranty manger in Nov. That having problems with siding. He's always took care of other issues, so when he said it'll be taken care of at annual. Fast forward winter coming and siding getting worst. Made call and put in also in line. Guess what 1.5yr. in and find out they aren't going to repair obvious defect. When we were shopping fir home, saw several homes behind model missing siding.
