I do not recommend this practice due to their lack of professionalism and unwillingness to be responsive to clients' needs. A few weeks ago our out of state buyer scheduled a Pre-Purchase Exam for a horse they are buying from us. The appointment was for the day after tomorrow. Calapooia called today to say that they were cancelling the appointment.
