Good experience from front desk, to therapist, to billing. They were flexible with scheduling, worked with my insurance for coverage, therapist met my daughter's needs. Will be returning.
I brought my son here and was not happy with the service we received. We were there at the exact start time of his appointment because we got turned around on our way. I called to let them know ahead of time that we might be late and no one picked up. Then, the therapist was snippy about us being late. We weren’t late, we just weren’t early. I never leave reviews but I can’t stay quiet about this. Unacceptable and ridiculous. This made me so uncomfortable and we will not be back.
I have seen so many therapist and psychiatrist over the years and none of them really felt right until I came to Calamity Rose Ranch. The service has been incredible and I have truthfully never felt more heard and seen than I do here. I truly appreciate everyone who works for this company, especially Sara who always make sure my time at Calamity has gone smoothly.
My family and I have been using Calamity for some time now. My whole family goes her. We all see different therapists at this location and have never left disappointed they all go above and beyond for anyone and everyone. They are always offering help to the community and the ones in need. They are truly amazing. When emergency situations arises they make sure that they can get you in pretty quickly.
