We took our 13 year old to see a member at the practice. The provider tried to get us to take our son to one of her "friends" who owns a facility in Illinois that would do this cutting edge treatment but it would cost us about 700 dollars out of pocket. It seemed very off to me that a provider would do this .

I saw Kayla Carlsten and she was the most thorough, Attentive and welcoming Provider I’ve ever worked with. She sat And talked to me for 45 minutes…When I’m used to Getting 15 minutes tops with A provider. She Listened, Explained things and Asked great questions We came up with a game plan together-We were both comfortable with, and I couldn’t have been more happy with my experience. I have had nothing but good experiences since becoming a patient. I was able to make an appointment and be seen VERY quickly. They always answer any messages or appointment requests in a timely manner! Doctors and staff are very respectful and truly caring!
