Just got our Spartan plug and play spa from the Nanaimo location and Deleena was fabulous to work with. Lindsey and Chris did a great installation and we’re very respectful of our patio and placement of the tub. Had a small hiccough and they sent someone out right away to fix it and everything works great and looks great! Thank you so much!

Kate from the Courtenay store was great! She made the whole spa-buying process simple and easy. When questions/concerns were raised, she went above and beyond. We had some questions initially (first time spa buyers) and she came and completed a site visit the same day(within an hour!) to ensure everything was working and we were happy with our new spa. Also, she has made the spa treatment and balancing a breeze and is genuinely happy to answer any and all water-balancing questions! Would strongly recommend to anyone!
Checked google and it says you are open 9-5 on Saturday. On the door it says 9-5, so why are you locked up? No way to do business.
