Big thanks to Deleena and her team! We shopped around town and until we stepped foot into Calais it wasn’t an enjoyable experience. Some places had a good tub but lacked customer service/ technical information. We definitely saved the best shop for last and we wouldn’t have bought a hot tub locally if it wasn’t for Calais! Keep doing what you’re doing as the other shops and big box stores in Nanaimo really can’t compete with Calais! 👍👍 Ruby & Mark

When I bring in a water sample I am sent home with a list of instructions with chemicals I am to add to my pool to improve the pool water. Each time to no avail my pool comes out crystal clear. I highly recommend your company and its wonderful staff.
