Hi I want to share our great experience with dealing with Calais Leisure, I have owned hot tubs and worked in the spa industry for close to fifty years (I am old). We wandered into the Courtenay store and met Megan,a wonderful and knowledgeable young woman and bought a hot tub that day.We already had a tub but wanted to check out plug and play. Big thanks to Deleena and her team! We shopped around town and until we stepped foot into Calais it wasn’t an enjoyable experience. Some places had a good tub but lacked customer service/ technical information. We definitely saved the best shop for last and we wouldn’t have bought a hot tub locally if it wasn’t for Calais! Keep doing what you’re doing as the other shops and big box stores in Nanaimo really can’t compete with Calais! 👍👍 Ruby & Mark
Had an excellent experience purchasing my first pool cue ever at Calais! Melody was so helpful, professional and patient and I was surprised by the wide variety of options and accessories. Definitely recommend Calais!
