Just bad. The walls are paper thin, you could feel the breeze through the shut window, when my neighbor shuts the door I can feel the vibrations throughout the apartment. I basically lived in my living room during the summer because the AC unit sucks and smells, even after I tried to clean it. DO NOT LIVE HERE. I repeat, DO NOT LIVE HERE, if you value your money and where you live. I have had MULTIPLE issues with this apartment. I get to know my neighbors around me and none of them stayed full-term lease. They all couldn't stand it. When I moved in my apartment was a wreck and I had to do a lot of cleaning that I shouldn't have had to do. The carpet at the front door was disgusting. The staff doesn't address actual problems but is obnoxious about things that don't matter. They need to get their priorities straight.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. I have lived in the apartment complex since October 2014 it is currently in the month of August. This was definitely one of the worst decisions I've ever made before . When we were first looking at the place they said that they would spoof it up by putting new carpet in and a brand-new bathroom for us which they did. Beware of rental agreement on security deposit. No matter how much and how spotless the place is when you move, they will take away half of your security deposit!!!! Even if the manager said you had a spotless place and left it spotless, they still take deposit.
Lived here for a year. Pretty decent place especially for the price. The area was pretty quite until obnoxious neighbors moved next door but after a couple of complaints they calmed down. Maintenance tries to do everything possible to fix any issues and works with your schedule. Office staff is beyond nice and professional always accommodating even when wanting a ceiling fan in the bedroom when there want one. Good bang for the buck.

I would never recommend this place. I lived here for 3 years and it state out good but as time went on I hated it. I lived in a ground floor apartment and before I moved out I had upstairs neighbors who pissed on my doorstep on numerous occasions. Told the manager and nothing was ver done. Upon moving out there was a little damage but nothing our security deposit could have covered. After a week at my new address I was billed over 500 dollars for rediculous so called "repairs".
