There is an undertone of racism in this hospital. I asked them to remove race info which was incorrect and something she assumed based on my last name, she refused to put my correct race. Be very careful who you allow to care for you here. They will casually allow you to slip under the radar while giving the appearance of caring for you.
RecommendedI had come up for a Covid -19 test today. Your staff was very friendly, welcoming and pleasant. I was processed as quickly as they could. Thank the staff for doing a great job.
Thank you for the amazing attention after a hives reaction in the middle of the night, staff was pleasant and very understanding, they all really listened to what was needed as this was not my first go around with allergies. Honestly could not ask for better care

The Calais Hospital ED was amazing yesterday when I brought my granddaughter in from Ellsworth. She was dehydrated and so so sick. She had been struggling with an infected tooth for weeks. The ED was quick and efficient and so professional. I really want to thank the Dr. on, the nurses Lee, and a nurse who did her IV, and Taylor Lane. Taylor you are awesome. You made her feel comfortable and at ease. I’m so glad I chose to bring her to Calais opposed to Ellsworth or Bangor. She is now on the mend. You guys rock. Thank you so... read more
