I rate this hospital a ZERO! (0) NO STARS! This hospital is a complete mess. On Wednesday 11/26/25 @9am-1:30pm! Was there with my sick spouse for over 5 hours with no Care, No nurse to check in on us. I kindly asked the nursing staff what we was waiting for two ladies replied with bad attitude and we only wanted answers in a respectful manner. My father had a medical emergency and was taken to Calais Community Hospital and I could not be more thankful. Every single staff member from the nurses to the pa's to the doctor were the kindest, most empathetic people I have ever met. I have been in a few hospitals for my own medical emergencies and none could meet the level of care my father and I were shown. If I could leave a review with zero stars I would; this hospital acts prejudiced against plus-sized patients and they don’t bother investigating symptoms further for revisiting patients still experiencing excruciating pain. My mother nearly died because of their negligence.
