Adrian did a phenomenal job getting be hard to find vein for my CT scan with contrast. She was kind and comforting in a stressful situation for me. I was thankful to have her working on me.

Nurses were very nice, but care from the doctor was zero stars. I am still having some of the same issues that I went to the ER for. Seen the ER doctor once for roughly 2 minutes if that. I got emails today saying updates have been made to my chart so I looked at the documentation that was being amended. While during my ER visit they gave me medication to try and help the issue, but when I was asked by a nurse if that medication helped I verbally said NO and also shook my head NO. The two stars is for nice nurses, but... damn, I was there yesterday and they completely dismissed my severe symptoms as something mundane I'd easily recognize. I then go to machias hospital the next day since illness continues, only to find out several people are here from calais today alone due to shitty service at the ER. and I thought it was a lack of lab testing capabilities. naw, was informed they have the same lab as Machias and even MORE staff. wow! so they're actually just dismissive and possibly injuring or even ki... read more
