If I could give negative stars I would; 1x star is far too generous Calabro Air - they have been the worst professional business I have ever had to deal with. They were the nominated contractor to install air con units in my apartment. Upon construction, the builder changed the ceiling heights in the units within the building; this meant less room for Calabro to lay fall on their condensation drains from each a/c unit to the main external drain. Techs were able to come to my house after hours and check out my Fujitsu ac unit. The techs kept me in the loop and seemed very knowledgeable. I got a quote the next day for repairs or replacement. I approved the quote and they replaced my unit with a new Mitsubishi, no problems!
Staff were so friendly. We love our new Mitsubishi Electric unit and they gave us a great price. We will definitely use these guys again!
1 week after installation unit started leaking. Called them back (took 1 week to come) and they said they had not wrapped the piping properly. Very unhappy with the installation - left their mess all over the floor and also ducting looked terrible. Would stay away from these people if you want to save yourself a lot of time and money. Very unprofessional.
