Not a bad place overall for a dry van load. The process is pretty fast and self-explanatory. Just slide your tandems to the back, sign the required safety paperwork, and you’re good to go. They do have a porta-potty available for restroom use.Maneuvering space is pretty limited, so it can be a little tight getting in and out, but it’s definitely manageable with some experience. I was in and out within about an hour to an hour and a half.:::
They load by appointment only, is recommended to arrive 30 minutes earlier to have enough time to check in on the self service station located on left side before the scale gate. Always use main highways to access this company (I-10,73,87) DO NOT use any other street or road if you are hauling semi tractor and trailer. Signs are all over ( NO🚚🚫Trucks ) 7am to 5pm Monday trough Friday.
Do not believe the negative review. The truck entrance is kind of tight just swing real wide to get in. Once in you literally by the check in door. The loader name Rice gave me the instructions very easy and he’s very helpful. Slide tandems turn off your truck bring your key in he’ll load in 10 to 15mins. One of the best shipper out there. Difficult to find. Dock is filled with cars. GPS is not accurate. The turn to get in is tight. Worse is they don't care about efficiency so no one attends and its on a highway. There are two dock doors not enough space. Not worth it.
