In the shadows of the Great Smoky Mountains, just 20 minutes from whitewater rafting on the Nantahala River, there's an old stone building with bars on the windows that overlooks our small vineyards. Legend has it that the local lawman locked up the hooligans here to cool down until they went before the magistrate. Now we use the jailhouse to incarcerate our wines. We stayed overnight in an RV. Interesting place. Due to Covid it was only curb side pickup.
