Sheree held our hand through the one, not two, but THREE transactions! The second and third (the sale of our first house and purchase of our second) occurred simultaneously and during the worst part of the "Great Recession." Financing and buyer performance were critical and not assured. We were nervous wrecks, and Sheree calmly and incredibly empathetically helped us stay sane and keep things moving along.
