The bottom line is that I love Calabasas Printing. They are my new printer. Calabasas Printing bailed me out of jam in a big way! I had an urgent print job at another printer about 20 miles away. Their machine broke down and did not know when or if they would repair or replace. I called two other printers and got voicemail. I found Calabasas Printing and not a minute too soon. I called them to do a last minute print job for me. They agreed to do it. In my conversation with Darrin and in my email, I asked for a top pole pocket for the banner. He said no problem and even confirmed with me that it would be finished that way.When it was picked up, it had two pockets on the side. No one hangs a banner like that. I emailed Darrin and asked why this mistake happened and he never responded. $180 wasted and the business didn't even have the courtesy to respond. Not a business I'd patronize again
