The two employees of CFC Mortgage that I dealt with were unprofessional, evasive, unscrupulous and rude. My journey on refinancing our house we have owned for over 24 years started two years ago with Paul Bookey of the Simi Valley office. He put me through the ringer, including 2 appraisals and one re-appraisal, and bank charges of almost $800. Paul informed me that he would re-imburse me for the appraisals.
