My first impression, wow, it feels like I’m working out at a gym!!! I love using gym machines, but I also enjoy the treadmill. I am stunned to complete a full-body workout without the hassle of waiting, while staying efficient enough to balance my schedule. I’ve been part of other group memberships before, and the drawbacks include limited gym equipment, which can get boring at times. I love using machines, dumbbells, and a treadmill. Amazing experience here! The gym is beautiful and has equipment I don’t see often. Took a class with Ben and he was fantastic! Think intensity of Orange Theory, but in a light filled environment with personalized feedback from the instructor - the kind of experience you cannot find in most chain workout environments. The strength training aspect was super well thought out, and personalized for each participant. I also loved the locker room; it had private, spa like showers. Will be back!
CFC is amazing! I love that I can in and out in just under an hour and have a complete full body workout. I love starting every day at CFC ♥️
Cannot begin to explain how much I love this gym and the little community around it. Everyone is supportive and kind. The programming is great to focus a variety of movements from strength, mobility, and cardio. Have progressed to be stronger at 41 than I was in my late 20's. It can be intimidating walking into a group class and this place always makes you feel like family.
I would give 10 stars if I could. This place has great coaches like Maxwell, Bayley, Matt and Ben all great great instructors.♥️
