Very terrible customer service. The absolute worst! Nigerians in Canada need to do better when it comes to customer service. Imagine ordering three plates of suya for over 100 dollars and it arrives stale, hard and soaked in oil. I called to complain and the owner of the business (as he claimed) said I should teach him how to run a business. This is not the first time I’ve received stale order from these people. Very disappointing experience. I ordered suya, and it was extremely hard and soaked in so much oil that it wasn’t enjoyable to eat. To make matters worse, when I called about my concerns, the customer service was terrible. The owner was rude, insulting, and completely unprofessional. No customer deserves to be treated that way. I won’t be ordering from this store again and would not recommend it based on my experience.
I am a west African and West Indian and I am very very grateful for this restaurant and all the hands running it every day. The atmosphere has always been good, i had visited when I had first moved in the area but very short visits, but since World Cup has started, it has been even better.
