I tried the Cala k1Q for my essential tremor and it made my tremor worse. It's basically an e-stim watch you wear on your wrist and connected to an app. I ended up returning it after two weeks and then I got a bill for $600. Ask your neurologist for something else before spending the money, especially if you have commercial insurance. Definitely not worth it.
Thank you Cala Health team. My neurologist prescribed a Cala kIQ device to treat my essential tremors. It helps alleviate my tremors during therapy and for a short time afterwards. The best part is that I don't suffer any side effects from heavy duty drugs. If you have essential tremors, Parkinson's, or another movement disorder ask your neurologist if Cala Health has a treatment option that would work for you.
I didn't receive any benefit from Cala Trio or Cala Kiq, in 3 years of use, so I ended my subscription and sent it back. Now I'm continuing to get bills from them from LAST YEAR, even though most of my costs had been covered by insurance.
