Hands down one of the best auto shop in San Diego. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and with a lot of experience. They switched a whole engine for a 2013 Honda Civic that was damaged by an another auto shop. So thankful to find these guys. They were very professional and honest. Thank you Drew and Kyle for the excellent service. I will refer you to all my friends and coworkers.

I had work done on my Honda awhile back, and I feel frustrated because I took it here because it wouldn't pass smog, so I couldn't register it. So obviously it didn't have valid registration stickers. Duh!! When I picked up my vehicle I was given a parking ticket for 120$ by the front office. I guess I should be glad it wasn't towed. I have tried to reach the gentleman i was referred to which is Drew, however I have repeatedly been told he is unavailable and that the ticket was my problem because it wasn't registered. Cal West is absolutely the best! Drew has done an exceptional job of creating a business of professionals who are honest, reliable, and good at what they do. It's not easy for women to trust auto mechanics, but I certainly trust Drew and his team
