Wanted to check out some tile samples for a current kitchen & laundry room renovation. Unfortunately, because of Covid, they are not allowing indoor browsing. They do have a bunch of catalogs by the front door that you can page through, but that's not the experience I was looking for. Bummer, I like to support local businesses, but I also want to be able to see and touch.
They are okay until you ask them to exchange or return some items. I needed to exchange schluter drain for a smaller size. They processed it but when I asked to them to adjust the price and get my money back they rejected me completely.
Owner and staff are really helpful. Full Schluter line carried and in stock!! Skip the big box stores and come here if you're in the area
Seems like a good place. Had what I needed but parking is limited.
