My recent first-time visit to this dental office was a positive experience overall. The office itself is commendably clean, which immediately put me at ease. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout my appointment, making the experience comfortable. One minor challenge encountered was the parking situation, which is quite tight. However, this did not detract significantly from the overall quality of care and service received. I would recommend this practice to others, keeping in mind the parking aspect.
I am very happy with the care I received from Dr. Byun during my second root canal. I had no complications, and once again, I felt that I was in excellent hands. Dr. Byun also performed my first root canal a few years ago, and I was originally referred to him by Dr. Wong. Dr. Byun is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring.
