Very dissatisfied with service. They tasked an EXTREMELY inexperienced person to give me aftercare instructions clearly beyond their knowledge which led to further complications and a hospitalization due to the pain. Felt like my surgeon was very condescending and rude toward me and inconsiderate and insulting of my CPTSD and mental health. Stay away !!!!!!
It was my first time to bring my niece, Kelly go to Cal State Dental to remove her four wisdom teeth. On the way to the office, both of us were very nervous and worry, but when we arrive, the front desk staffs were super friendly, Wendy guided me through the insurance and make thing go very smoothly. Thanks very much to Dr. Teng, he took less than 15 minutes to put out four wisdom teeth from Kelly and her face didn't get swollen at all for the next day. Dr. Teng, you did a great job!!! Thank very much to all of you!
