From the moment we walked in the doors of Cal Spa (Fountain Valley), we noticed the clenliness. We were greeted by Maritza with a smile, knowledge and awesome customer service. We chose to customize our spa, the colors and style were exactly what we wanted. The spa was delivered yesterday, by the kindest person(Andrew), and his crew, set up and cleaned up. I had some teething pains with my new spa. Armando came out to the house and rectified matters with patience and skill. Excellent service, and a very nice technician, indeed.

Spent a good amount of time searching for a new spa. CalSpas was selected primarily because it is made locally. From our first meeting with Shawn everything was great. He came out and did a pre-install survey. Delivery set up was smooth, followed by electrical service from Ryan. I am very pleased with the new spa. Thanks to Meritza, Tom and everyone who made this experience go smoothly.
