Was very happy with the experience from making an appointment to being in the showroom, going through the products, and after that, the delivery guys we’re very nice and accommodating
Tom at Call Spas OC was great from inception to the first soak in the tub. He helped us plan for our purchase, put us in touch with an electrician, coordinated the crane to get it in our backyard, and worked through my rookie questions and a couple of small issues with the delivered tub (pillows weren't included in the tub at the time is delivery, but someone ran them to us in just a day or two - long before we had the water chemistry dialed in, so no harm). Overall, a great tub, and excellent service!
Cal Spa is fantastic. 2 years ago I wanted to buy a hot tub for our house in Lake Arrowhead, but knew nothing about them. I went to Cal Spa and Nick walked me through the models, features, warranty, etc. It all sounded good but seeing as I didn’t know much about them, I went to a competitor to see what they had to offer. I have had a wonderful experience buying a swim spa and hot tub at Cal Spa's OC. Nick answered all my questions over a series of months before I pulled the trigger on the purchase. The service and pricing he provided were top notch. Their delivery team is also great. Have both the swim spa and hot tub in now and couldn't be happier. Thanks Nick and Cal Spa's!
Best spas around, best service! I have had my Cal Spa for over 2 years and it has been great! Nick is super responsive for any needs I have had and provides an exceptional customer experience! I highly recommend Cal Spas and Nick!
