We own a Pacifica Cal Spa. We enjoyed it for one year until we needed to replace a part. Our Cal Spa dealer has waited months and no part. The Cal Spa 800 number does not pick up. We are very dissatisfied with Cal Spa. Update: The issue was resolved through emails so I upgraded the rating. I am hoping in the future the wait time will be speedier. Five months without a new tub was unacceptable. We do love our salt water hot tub very much.
