Delivery service was super specific and answered all my questions. They were all helpful. Spa works amazing and we love it!
Update added 8/15/25: Cal Spas recently sent us a new power supply for our salt system. We were able to install it one week ago and it appears to be working fine so far. However, time will tell as the others seemed to have a 6 - 9 month lifespan. Keeping fingers crossed that this new part will work long term! Bought our jacuzzi at the LA county fair. The salesman was super explaining everything. When they delivered it a panel and corner piece were damaged. The delivery guy noted the damage on the delivery receipt and the panel was delivered and replaced by a Cal Spa representative. When asked about the corner piece he was unaware but would take care of it. Within a week same representative delivered and replaced it. Anytime I contacted Cal Spa I spoke with Wendy. She was excellent answering or setting up everything.
I have owned my Cal Spa Swim Spa for 10 years now with few problems and low maintenance. I use all season. The reason for 4 stars is they never said to not leave drained which caused leaks during warranty, but they always repaired (3x in 5yrs). Two pump replacements at 7yrs. All in all great quality swim spa!
