Customer service is horrible at this location. Part of the problem with my purchase was my lack of research. Do yourself a favor and research before you buy, because you won’t get reliable or honest service from any of the staff.
This was a great experience from purchasing to install to follow up. Would recommend buying from Gabriel to anyone.
We enjoyed a great sales experience working with Gabriel Torrez at CalSpa in Albuquerque. Jessie and team brought the new Hot Tub to our home, installed the tub, and took the old tub we had in our back yard that did not work. I highly recommend visiting CalSpa for a great experience. We now get to enjoy our tub with a really nice view of Albuquerque from the West Side!!!
