BUYERS BEWARE: We purchased our hot tub 8 weeks ago and have yet to receive delivery. Since then, we cannot get anyone from this store to return a phone call and provide information on the status of our tub. It is not unreasonable to expect a returned phone call; we have left messages daily over the past week with the warehouse, delivery department, and the sales person we worked with. Emails have also gone without response. The two areas they do well at - selling tubs and taking money for a product they do not deliver on.
Sales person, Gabriel was awesome. We had jokes he had jokes back. Loretta in scheduling is super sweet and took care of everything. Jesse had come and done a site check prior to Installation. Jesse and Clint showed up at set time and installed our Jacuzzi right where we wanted it. Clint was great showing me all my chemicals and when and how to properly use them. Clint and Jesse are very knowledgeable definitely will refer everyone to my friends. 🫶
Jesse, and Clint delivered my new and picked up my 30 yr old Cal spa, with military like precision on a steep grade on the back slope of my back yard. I would have expected maybe a slight change of attitude at least after checking out the access. Not these guys they were not only professional, but personable as I enjoyed their conversations as they were all business getting the job done! Great job Cal Spal you and your crew get 5 stars from me!!!
We are very happy with the delivery of our new hot tub. Jesse and Clint did a fabulous job with the install.
Jesse and Clint were extremely professional. Quickly and efficiently got the tub to the backyard and onto the deck. Quickly removed the old tub. Made certain tub was up and running. they then reviewed chemicals. Very pleased! Sincerely Claire & Frank Trujillo
