Dan Flayler, Cal Pools’ CEO, has been in the pool and spa industry for over 30 years. He was born and raised in Northern California. After extensive experience working in, and owning, businesses in pool construction, repair, maintenance and supplies in California and Hawaii – arguably the most intense pool markets in the US – he relocated to Stevensville, Maryland in 1999 and started Cal Pools.

After calling a few pool companies about my filter pad needing to be re leveled with no one calling me back I was referred to Cal Pools by a relative. Chris called me back was honest and said it will be a week till he gets to me. He showed up re leveled the pad for me. Now I will have Chris and Cal Pools do my closing and opening and any mantienace on my pool

Shane has been taking care of our pool for years. When we moved in we didn’t even know if our old pool would be usable. He helped us through it and we constantly get complimented on how lovely our pool looks. We would not trust anyone else with our pool. Shane always takes care of us when we need some extra help with algae or any other issues. Our pool looks the best it ever has thanks to Cal Pool!
Shane and his team are simply amazing. Anytime we have a problem we just text, call or email and he is out to fix the problem in less than 24 hours. This week out pool pump stop working. He was at our house right a away, he was even able to install a new pump that day. The best pool company we have ever used.
