We purchased our house almost 2 years ago. The previous owner used Cal Pools for the 12 years that he owned the home. He suggested that I use them as they already knew and had been servicing for a long while. So far, Shane and his team have been outstanding. They are here every week and its well worth the cost to have professionals handle the pool.
We have been using Cal Pools for a number of years going back to when we were living in Davidsonville and I’ve always had a great experience with them. So much so that we continue to use them at our new home in Annapolis. Wayne and Mercer have been maintaining our pool for the season and they are both awesome. Everyone at Cal Pools is knowledgeable, skilled, and helpful. The owner, Shane, has always freely given me advice to choose my preference based on my price point and budget. All of which is his say, Cal Pools is an extraordinary pool company. Behind that, are even MORE extraordinary pool pros that I count on for quality, reliability and outstanding service.
The BEST pool service!!! I’ve used Cal Pools now for over 7 years and they are by far the greatest guys ever!! So honest about repairs and helpful guiding me for replacements and adding heating etc. I can’t say enough good things about them! They listen and really help me constantly! Their weekly service is awesome! I never worry about our pool. They handle everything with ease and kindness:) they are irreplaceable and priceless! Thank you Cal Pools!!
