It was a good organization on campus. I have used their service, when transferring my personal cash to Bronco Bucks, to use to buy meals and groceries, while studying at Cal Poly Pomona. It was, of course, ten years ago, circa 2014-2017. I had no problem, with this organization, money was transferred to my student card, and I could use it anywhere on campus.

I have used Bronco Bucks, the service provided through Cal Poly Pomona Foundation, and I have had no problems in using it. Of course, it was ten years ago, since I have used this service. I have graduated from Cal Poly Pomona in 2018, so my experience is quite outdated. At the same time, the eateries, that were under management of Foundation, were well maintained, and there was a variety of them on campus. So, overall, I had a positive experience, with this organization.

Extremely poorly managed from the point of view of providing services to the students.

I would give it a zero star, the employees in foundation don’t know how do their jobs right. They don’t care about the student paycheck knowing we have to pay rent and pay bills. They can care less if they lose you paycheck when you ask about it the only response they will give you is I don’t know what happen to your check, you have to figure it out. Is not our problem we only see out check is on you if you get it or not.
