Placed an order (through what I assume is a dba “funky sofa” of cal moda) almost 6 weeks ago and sounds like I have received pretty standard service based on the other reviews I read. No call backs, No return e-mail, Spoke to Jack 1x a couple weeks ago and he was going to email me the status of my order, Nothing. Warning. Do not use this company. They are sell poorly constructed furniture and then when you try and get it fixed, they disappear.
My wife and I made our first online furniture purchase through Cal Moda. We ordered the Ellwood Sofa in Caribbean Plush Velvet. It is a very cool retro couch. Upon completion of order, the turnaround time until it was delivered to our door was very quick. The packaging it came in was very sturdy and protected the piece well. The price was VERY reasonable considering the quality and craftsmanship that went into it! We would definitely recommend Cal Moda to a friend and will consider them for our next furniture purchase!
