Cal First Builders will be my go-to contractor from here on out. They have repaired termite damage and slumping stucco, then repainted the entire exterior. My neighbours all compliment me on how nice the house looks. They also partially replaced a crumbling concrete wall in my basement, and installed an elaborate drain system in my backyard.
