We hired Cal to replace subfloors and address floor unevenness in our lake home. He went above and beyond, installing extra blocking to support joists that needed to be sistered against a repaired foundation. The finished product was incredible and we are hiring him again to install hardwood floors. He is honest, hard working, and produces very good quality. We HIGHLY recommend Cal!
Drill Construction replaced the top of our deck which required working around an existing gazebo and installing a new face board. It was all done perfectly. It looks better than when it was new. Cal is a hard worker and has great carpentry skills.
Cal was very responsive, and was affordable. I will be using his services again, for home repairs and remodeling.

Callan laid a vinyl laminate flooring product for us that needed to be glued down rather than click together. We live in a rented townhouse and the new flooring for the living room needed to be joined to the same flooring in the kitchen area. Callan did a very good job with a product that was different from what he had used before. His price was fair and it was done in a reasonable amount of time. I was glad that he took care of all of the old carpet and scraps left over.
