Cal Disposal has always taken as many cans as I have put out. I like that they collect green waste, co-mingled recyclables, and trash in separate trips. This helps prolong the life of our landfills. Some customers complained that there is not an automatic pay option or on line payment. I use my bank bill-pay, and have also used the the on-line payment. The trash service is great but they are in the dark ages when it comes to billing and payments. I would like an explanation as to why they have not gone electronic.
I HATE spending 44c for postage that keeps going up. Would love to have automatic payments. It would save Cal Disposal printing & mailing costs and get them their money more reliably. Seems like they could make more profit if they had it.
Always great service but...I agree with the concensis of most of the other customers...I would love to be able to pay online. Maybe an automatic electronic monthly withdrawal?
