RecommendedGreat local find and even better prices! Staff were SO helpful in finding me a sectional to fit my oddly shaped living room, a beautiful dining table, and a gorgeous reclaimed wood buffet and bar cabinet. Delivery was easy and they answered all of my questions. Will be back!!
Recently learned that Cal Deals is a family owned business. Not a big chain. Though there was a bit of miscommunication with my daughters order, the Store owner went above and beyond to fix the issue. May I add, this owner worked on the 4th of July to try and get the furniture here. We are astounded with HIS customer service, and the way he puts his customers first. We just bought a new bedroom set and mattress. A lot of their inventory isn’t onsite, it’s warehoused, so you are handed a catalog to look through. My husband found 3 examples of his preferred style, we ordered one sight unseen. The bed turned out to be super low profile, which we don’t love, but furniture is nice enough quality. We saw a bunch of advertising online and were in the market for a new sectional, so we decided to head in! First, the 2 girls sitting behind the desk couldn't be bothered to get up and greet us, so they yelled across the store (that was tacky). Second, they hardly had any sectionals/sofa/loveseats on their showroom (hard to buy something you can't see). And Third, we weren't offered help at all after the initial hello, that was yelled.
