I have tried to reach Cal products for 2 full days and only get recording to leave a message but when you try to it says there is no voice mail dpace and when trying to transfer using the company directory it hangs up on you after dialing any extension.

The filler was still good but the cover stitches were all broken on the old cover. I learned that I could purchase just the shell for much less money. The staff at Cal Cover were very professional and helped me through the process. The shell we bought in the summer of 2010 was easy enough to put on and fit purfect. It's still in beautiful shape through the years of NC mountain weather. I also recommended the company to a friend and she got the lower priced cover about the same time. It's holing up well also. I had great service at cal cover. I had a hem come loose on my cover and they replaced it no questions asked. The owner Rick Vanderpool is a real sweet heart. I will be comming back in the near future.

I ordered a cover from this company two years ago and the service when I picked it up was HORRIBLE! The girls at the front desk acted as though I wasnt standing there. I waited for quite some time, they couldnt find my order, then I was told I would get a call back, which I didn't, I called again and asked for the owner Rick, I was kept on hold until I hung up.
