Juan Lucas & Son did an excellent electrical installation of our electric panel at very fair price. I would recommend them for all electrical work.
I was told I needed to change the main panel and was also told that it would be at least 5k! I called Cal-Com Electric Inc., they came made an assessment and it turns out the main panel was just dirty and the problem was with the cable that connects to the electricity pole which has to be taken care of by PGE. The main panel was cleaned, the cable was reconnected and I only paid $300! I saved at least $4700!
Juan was prompt, efficient, and did a good job replacing my old main electrical panel. He also gave good suggestions for working with the building inspectors & PG&E regarding the permit process.
Juan will find the problem and knows how to fix it. He responds quickly and gives you a fair price.
Juan did a great job installing a new spa heater at a reasonable price.
