I would like to share my experience during my recent visit to your clinic. Upon arrival, I was informed that I needed to pay a fee of $350 for tests before I could proceed. This requirement came as a surprise, as I had not been advised at any point—either when booking my appointment or beforehand—that payment would be required in advance, prior to even meeting the doctor or receiving an explanation of the procedures. As a patient of Clara Jobin, I can honestly say she was exceptional. She made my vestibular testing experience so much easier with her patience, kindness, and clear explanations. She took the time to make sure I was comfortable and understood everything. I’m truly grateful for her care and would highly recommend her to anyone needing testing.
