I took my vehicle into CAL Service for the first time in June of 2025, and they exceeded my expectations! The manager was kind when I arrived and assured me they would take care of my car (which needed A LOT of work). They got my car done ahead of schedule and for cheaper than the first quote I got from the Honda Dealership. With everything fixed, I feel like I'm driving a new car and glad that I went to CAL service when everything hit the fan. I'll be coming back!

Don is amazing- he really goes out of his way to help people. He really goes into detail and is always kind. I never worry that they are trying to rip me off!! This place is awesome :)
The services manager, Bruce, was so awesome to work with. He made us feel heard and valued. He cared and treated us like family. Customer service excellence! Could not recommend them enough!
The service manager Bruce has absolutely no customer service. I told him he had horrible customer service as he was not letting me speak every time I tried to talk he would talk over me and then he hung up on me. I was speaking to him on the phone about a repair that was supposed to take 1 day has now turned into a 6 day process. I was supposed to get my car back on 6/11 now I won't get my car back till 6/16.
