These guys are absolutely fantastic! Yet again they were able to get me on the schedule to get my truck serviced and back on the road so incredibly fast! They go above and beyond every time I’ve had the privilege of working with them! Dustin and his team are incredibly professional and super friendly! By far the best service I’ve ever had!
Update: it’s been well over a week since the manager commented on here and now their completely ignoring our calls and won’t tell us anything about our car no updates no plan, even though they said they were going to call back same day over a week ago, and we’ve left messages with different people and have tried to call almost every day. No one has gotten back to us and they have not gotten permission to do anything to the car so I’m just confused. If I could leave no stars I would I don’t even think they deserve 1 star. My partner bought a car outright from cals on may 15,2026 a Mitsubishi outlander sport and was told that the car had no problems, was reliable, and had passed all of its inspections. Tell me why less then 3 weeks later only 1200 miles put on by us did the car have a catastrophic failure and completely stopped working. I had a great experience with Cal Auto Credit. Thomas helped me and was friendly, professional, and made the process much less stressful than I expected. He took the time to answer my questions, explain everything clearly, and had great options ready for me when I arrived after speaking with him about what I was looking for.
